Could any one help me :C ? , can anyone remove the white stuff around my Avatar , i can't get it fixed hoop anyone can help me or send me a right one :)

For future reference, removing white is very easy.
Using GIMP, Photoshop, or Paint.net(My preference) use the magic wand anywhere on the white and check the selection. Press delete, and save the file as PNG or GIF - both can support transparency. And you're done! You can do this with any colour, just be sure that the selection is what you want removed.
