Have any advice for high-pinged people (100 - 200) Jackie? 
From what I have found playing NA a lot is that whatever your screen is showing on screen is often not what is actually occurring. Go by feel and block if you're not to sure about your positioning, keeping distance is also key due to the fact that having high ping means there is a decent chance that the dude you're fighting will magically appear behind and stab you in the back of the head.
Good advice. What I'd have to add there is, do not play aggressive. Play very defensive, meaning do not go for chambers if you don't know them by feeling. Just block and hold. Often you will get lucky.
Another thing is, do kick. With such a high ping you will be able to to the high-ping-blockkick, meaning people can't stab you when you kick. Only problem here is the timing, since it is harder with lag and of course if you kick successfully the lag will make it harder to be fast and take advantage of the stun. Basically just kick when your opponent is still a bit away and have him move into your kick, so kick straight ahead.
