NAIn terms of number of above average melee and good leading I would say 12th at their prime for number 1. 2nd would be 1stFKI at its prime (right before 9y left the fki) and 3rd would be 3evolt. I don't count 9y in the top 3 as the thread is about most powerful regiment and I conciser 9y leading to be average at best.However.... I would concider 12yth to be #1 as well.
