Since the 3rd KY has become a battalion, the 13 American Patriots (3rdKY_B) would like to take arty for the 2/6/15, if they can't then they would like arty guard. For the rest of the event they want arty as they are now an artillery regiment.

Certainly. At some point I'd like to talk to all the regiment leaders how I want the specialist system to work.

My favorite recent story was when my regiment went cav for an event. On one particular round, we engaged the enemy cavalry. Pretty soon I was the only one up. Long story made short, I ended up dehorsing every single one except one, and then I ran back to our artillery, dismounted, and fought back the swordsmen charge.

So, if you don't mind me asking, all that's left to do is coding and animating or are there other spots that need to be touched upon (uniforms, weapons, etc).

Also, nice idle stance, but I think the rifle should be also resting on his shoulder. Unless he is already, it's difficult to tell because of the picture.

I said it several times already, the game isn't dead. There was no need to respond to this. Its just very silent at the moment.

While it is nice to hear that the game is still in development, I think one of the main points of William's argument is that people are having trouble merely taking your word for it at this point. Of course the game probably isn't dead. That wasn't what was being suggested, or what we're truly worried about. What's happening with most people is that they're losing trust in FSE's ability to be honest and to communicate with the community in a transparent manner. Posts like this certainly don't hurt, but with all respect, they don't improve the situation either.

People want to see progress. It doesn't need to be groundbreaking progress. It can just be a 30 second video of alpha footage, or a new set of maps, or something like that. The fact that it's been months and months, and you don't even have a single skin to show (obviously you probably do have more stuff that's finished, but the point is that we haven't seen it), means the community is getting uneasy. Most of us haven't given up hope completely, or we wouldn't even be inquiring about this anymore. But as the months go on, you lose more and more members of the community. More people who would buy and play BCOF if only they had a little bit of information to keep up their interests.
