Referees and organizers will use common sense throughout the tournament,respect their decision. 9.You are not allowed to leave the arena while fighting. 10.If the next match is public then everyone will be allowed to be there and record,if the match is not public then only official recorders and team members will be allowed to be present Leagues rules 0)The NWGFL event use two servers : NWGFL_1 and NWGFL_2 password : lol 1)Set will be best of 20 1.5) About the points system: 3 points for a win, 1 points for each team if it's draw and 0 for the looser. 2)Before any match, one of the team managers has to post the future match by following the "Match Application", Who vs Who, Date, Servers (NWGFL_1/2), Referee, and whether the Match is public or private. About whether the Match is “public or Private" you have to ask the other manager before posting it. If you both agree on one decision then its fine; but in case you don't have the same opinion, the manager who wants the match to be public has the priority, so you have the obligation to write "public". If you don't follow these rules, and if you decide to write "private" voluntary while the other manager want it public, you will be punished. If the match is private, the referee has to kick everyone who is not a players/a members of NWGFL staff (ref/admin)/official recorders. 2.5)Only referees are allowed to post the result, if someone not referee post it then the post will be deleted, also referees have to post the result with the screenshot (in spoiler) of the scoreboards or it will be deleted. At end of a match, we strongly recommend to all people who played to spawn (and if possible don’t tk for 5-7 seconds) while the referee will "screenshot" the scoreboards for the statistics of the league. 3)There will be 120 matchs (15 per team) during around 80 days of competition. A match week is 5 days long. The league will probably be closed 30th June 2016. 3.5) Only one match is allowed per match week except for this following case: If your team have some problem of lateness, then you are allowed to do multiple match in the same week (but not more as you should have done). Keep in mind that the other manager has to agree with it, he can refuse to do it and has priority over the matter. It means if he accepts to do it on one day, you have to accept this day;otherwise you wait for the next week. If you really can't deal with another manager, just contact Ragnar, Bever or Mandar1nch1k. 4)The "Mercato" is a short period of time when it's allowed to transfer/Recruit/edit your team roster. During the league, Mercato is closed. It means that people won't be able to change team while the league is on-going (except for Mercato) or to go back into the league if they got kicked by their captain, until the next Mercato. At mid of the season (around the 40th day of competition), Mercato will be re-opened for a short period (23 may to 29 may). 5)At end of the season, the 3 worst teams are relegated to the future league 2. 6)Any kinds of cheating are forbidden (auto blocks, speed hack, etc.) if you have any proof (video, something) about someone using cheats, please contact Ragnar, Bever or Mandar1nch1k. We can permanently ban someone who cheat and punish his team with a big malus (-10 points,-15 points). 7)The Manager has 100% of the power, he can decide everything. The Co-Manager can't contest any decision of the Manager (about the NWGFL) 8 )Roleplay tags are not allowed. On NWGFL_1/2 servers people must have their Steam/Community name with their tag for example: JediMaster_Melsyo is allowed JediMaster_Mace_Windu is forbidden same way with Praetoriani_Herakles, fine but Praetoriani_Achilleus is incorrect. If someone came to the server with a roleplaying name the referee won't let the guy play. 9)The referees won't reset a match if someone gets team killed by a teammate before the round begins, also when the match begins (only after the starting of the entire match, so basically after the first "go") if someone is too late to spawn (for a replacement for example) the game is still not going to reset. We recommend you to anticipate any replacement to avoid any problem of timing. If a player got shot by an opponent before the rounds begin, those who shoot get slayed for the following 2 rounds and it's forbidden to replace him. Therefore the Team punished will play 4v5 during 2 rounds, we do this because we want to keep the scoreboard as clean as possible.Manager & Co-Manager have the responsibility to keep their members "calm". Why? For the statistic (MVP of the Game, MVP of the Match week etc.) 10) Only official players (with their proper community/steam name) are allowed to play in NWGFL_1/2 servers. Invites/reservists are absolutely forbidden, we will check id’s to make sure it's followed by every manager. We can decide to disqualify you if you break these rules. 11) Play-off System: To keep the league interesting until the very end and also to motivate every team to do their best in getting at least 4th position, we decide to make playoff. At end of the 15th match week, there will be playoff, it will be a small-tournament between the four best teams, and the winner will get 7 points. Playoff can be considered as the most important confrontation of the league and as something like a "final". During the playoff, as to keep an advantage for those who did the best performance in regular season, the 1st confront the 4th and the 2nd confront the 3rd. The winner of those two matches get in final then the winner of this match wins 7 points and maybe (depending on the situation) the NWGFL Cup by the same way. 11) After the playoff, the team which has the more points (or rounds if there is an equality) is declared winner of the NWGFL Cup. 12)Every NWGFL Team will have to do their own thread on the GF Board (if it's not done yet) https://www.fsegames.eu/forum/index.php?board=174.0 13) Your members will now have to be entirely dedicated to your gf team meaning they can't be in multiple gf team roster on the GF Board otherwise they'll get removed from gfl. Therefore the Team punished will play 4v5 during 2 rounds, we do this because we want to keep the scoreboard as clean as possible.Manager & Co-Manager have the responsibility to keep their members "calm". Why? For the statistic (MVP of the Game, MVP of the Match week etc.)
10) Only official players (with their proper community/steam name) are allowed to play in NWGFL_1/2 servers. Invites/reservists are absolutely forbidden, we will check id’s to make sure it's followed by every manager. We can decide to disqualify you if you break these rules.
11) Play-off System:
To keep the league interesting until the very end and also to motivate every team to do their best in getting at least 4th position, we decide to make playoff. At end of the 15th match week, there will be playoff, it will be a small-tournament between the four best teams, and the winner will get 7 points. Playoff can be considered as the most important confrontation of the league and as something like a "final".
During the playoff, as to keep an advantage for those who did the best performance in regular season, the 1st confront the 4th and the 2nd confront the 3rd. The winner of those two matches get in final then the winner of this match wins 7 points and maybe (depending on the situation) the NWGFL Cup by the same way.
11) After the playoff, the team which has the more points (or rounds if there is an equality) is declared winner of the NWGFL Cup.

Dark you did literally nothing the whole time. Its your job to enforce rules and the most you did was say the word "go". Imo you didnt even ask if anyone was ready for the whole match. I think 5-6 rounds we had to swap guys in after you said go.

I WASN'T EVEN PLAYING THE MATCH I WAS IN SPEC FOR 17 ROUNDS. I played the first 2, then played the very last one.its just about blaming someone
I never admin abused once. The only thing I did was move Gi to spec twice because he was getting kicked from the server and DarkBG kept saying "go" before we said we stated we were ready..
Chicken was indeed running up and punching you guys yes. I would like to point out just because I am a member of the team doesn't instantly make me a fucking troll.

I got to be honest, I am not the one organizing or anything of course, but I'd like to give my two cents on it. Eventhough praetoriani had 3 people with ID's not matching, LesChefs did try to use frittentime as a fifth man in their match knowing who he was and tried to fool me and wait out by saying Bidbig had to go take a piss so they could get frittentime aka Gannicus in.
If anything Frittentime should deffo be banned from this league for even attempting something like this, and for the two teams, they should definitely replay their match as both actaully tried to have invites, just that LesChefs couldn't get theirs in as they were already too late and had to play with the 4 players who showed up on time.
Though either way it doesn't concern me much so it's up to haze.
I wrote it before the mercato was closed and even if not you at least could have said to me that I can't change it. You also could have talked to me before you make such decisions which turn out to be bad and this argument is not really convincingly that you don't wanna give any...We already answered,i checked with bever (official list,since the mercato get closed) and there is no tenshi,fel,liberio,so the punishment is validate.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this decision made by the organizers.
- I wrote Haze and Bever the IDs 2 weeks ago, because it was said to pass them through steam and not on this Threat. Thats a misstake because as I see now you didn't change them as expected.
- Were until about 20 minutes after the match should have began no one of the Le Chefs Team on the server, and even then they couldn't field 5 men
I don't see why we now should get a 20-0 loss when our enemy can't manage to field his men in time and you don't manage do copy IDs which I wrote to you.

I got to be honest, I am not the one organizing or anything of course, but I'd like to give my two cents on it. Eventhough praetoriani had 3 people with ID's not matching, LesChefs did try to use frittentime as a fifth man in their match knowing who he was and tried to fool me and wait out by saying Bidbig had to go take a piss so they could get frittentime aka Gannicus in.
If anything Frittentime should deffo be banned from this league for even attempting something like this, and for the two teams, they should definitely replay their match as both actaully tried to have invites, just that LesChefs couldn't get theirs in as they were already too late and had to play with the 4 players who showed up on time.
Though either way it doesn't concern me much so it's up to haze.
I wouldn't feel comfortable with a 20-0 win. I personally would rather organise a rematch, and this time crumpet will not organise us

Refs, start the match on time and dont wait for teams stalling or I will have my lads join 15mins late aswell in the future. I think its a good rule. You should pick ppl that you know will attend. If they screw you over or just dont give a shit its tough luck. It definately makes it more exiting as a cpt to pick a team and ppl that you know you can rely on rather than melee gods with shit for brains or disloyal douchebags. In other words, pick friends. But ofc unexpected stuff do happen but 10 guys for a 5v5 league is more than enough. I believe V75 has 8 on the roster and I always get atleast 6-7 guys every match, on time. Lucky me :D

Also I'd like to file an admin complaint on HaZe, he was being annoying. No okay but seriously, what is the need for spamming the admin chat with all sorts of irrelevant messages. We actually only got 8 (blame melsyo), and Fearripper is retired from NW it seems so only 7 actually, and with mels gone it becomes 6 :-\ Though setting off time to play at best an hour long game should not be a problem, even during exam time, unless you didn't do your homework throughout this year and gotta binge read it before the exam ;)

Just to clarify the situation:
Badberries could not play in the week they were meant to and said that TFO could have a forfeit. I didnt want this forfeit to happen, so i asked TFO if they could play next week with bradberries and they agreed.I kept trying to contact Cazasar arranging the match for next week but why should i do that? I should not be running around trying to get a match sorted for next week. If you cant be bothered with organising a match yourself then why should i? It pathetic how you want to give TFO an auto win and then i try organising something for next week and you cant even be bothered, so then i give you forfeit and you moan about it. Sort yourself outmate;)

Bradberries left the league after mandarin gave us a forfeit because I didnt answer his steam messages
Just to clarify the situation:
Badberries could not play in the week they were meant to and said that TFO could have a forfeit. I didnt want this forfeit to happen, so i asked TFO if they could play next week with bradberries and they agreed.I kept trying to contact Cazasar arranging the match for next week but why should i do that? I should not be running around trying to get a match sorted for next week. If you cant be bothered with organising a match yourself then why should i? It pathetic how you want to give TFO an auto win and then i try organising something for next week and you cant even be bothered, so then i give you forfeit and you moan about it. Sort yourself outmate;)

How about not locking the thread after the end of a "matchweek" so referees can actually post scores after matches are played than having to wait untill the thread is unlocked several days later and perhaps forget the score incase any evidence is not present? It's allowed but you need the other teams consent from what I've been told, not just claim you are doing it. I said it's fine if Melsyo refs, it makes it so much easier and I trust him.
