I do feel scummy for starting when they didn't have 5 but we had plans for afterwards with NWWC and Pickups and we was winning badly already so it was only going to go one way anyway. I then looked at the rules and seen about the 4v5 of forfeit rule and did it for a few rounds then did 4v4 till the end. Yes they have played for you in tournaments recently as other teams have disbanded but that is a seperate thing. This league has been going on for too long to just let 3 people play for a team in the play offs who they havent even played for yet. Even then MarxeiL is allowing certain people to play for other teams and not the others and he is being very inconsistent with his decision making on who plays. They made Oven and decided to disband it themselves rather than finish the league therefore ruining the competition and also they get to play whereas someone like Dayboul who has stayed with one team the whole way through cant join jedi because "he played all the matches", to me this is BS as ppl who have ruined comp get to play for another team whereas someone who has stayed and played throughout cant switch teams :/ExtaZz94 | 396961

In all honesty I agree with you on most points however it's wrong to say they don't play for TBE when they have been playing for TBE at least 2 weeks now and Fwuffy almost 2 months. In regards to the overall point though I think it makes sense that these players can play based on the fact that the teams they were previously playing in were disbanded/removed out of their control and the whole FT/Oven was a mess anyway. It doesn't make sense to disqualify players based on decisions made by Drake to enter a league and then 'retire' shortly after. For an overall solution I would look at possibly allowing these players to play, based on the fact they are in the group fighting team and are not "invites" via the rules set at the start of the League they are legally allowed to play, changing the rules in the semi finals to disallow certain players from playing seems unfair. In regards to Dayboul and Crea idk about their situation but Fwuffy, Lebrave and Extazz have every right to play in TBE. This is coming from a guy who has to face them ;D

Loads of players did the same thing when they saw their team not making it to semis, Marquez from plus ultra to poosy, me to poosy, Crea to jedis etc. I'm not saying you are wrong yeah its kinda shitty and rosters should have been locked but these three players are only doing what literally most players have already done when they saw their team not making it so they got "kicked out" (and ye FT/Oven were legit disbanded due to Drake being a pleb like not fwuffys fault) we might as well disqualify every player that moved rosters at some point in the tournament then. At this point you should let it play on and stop complaining about top three players and just beat them ::) Besides Mighty asked marxeil to add these three way before semis started anyway lol. There isn't loads you can do when there are no professional moderators or guidelines or money for that matter keeping players in teams or even keeping teams together, players just play with people they like and in random groups and stuff, sometimes teams are really stacked sometimes they're not. If this was a professional e-sport league I would expect more, but it simply isn't so whatever. If we had locked rosters from the beginning we could of just had a TBE vs ChimpZ final lol or something like that as other teams drop out, lose interest in playing, certain players don't want to play for their teams anymore etc. locking rosters could actually have been a big issue. A big issue, because it would of just been a boring final like the 10v10 between two stacked teams and the rest of the league teams entirely pointless as two stacked teams just beat them all :-\ . Just to make it clear: I personally would like to play (and I arguably have earned it since FrenchTouch / Oven would have qualified for playoffs). The situation with the rules however is entirely ambiguous. Thanks to that it comes down to organiser discretion purely and MarxeiL throughout the tourney was basically forced to make up transfer rules for teams (as he did before the group stage ended on this thread) and now he has to case-by-case analyse player transfers - these decisions weren't even too consistent since he had nothing to base them on. Although he's cleared me and LeBrave to play for TBE since we joined their M. League team weeks ago, I don't believe what he's done is in the spirit of the rules themselves. The problem as I mentioned already is the lack of certain basic rules which would avoid this situation entirely (I also want to point out how there isn't even a rule deciding on tiebreakers in the group stage, which is currently what we are facing and so technically we don't even know who should advance except whoever MarxeiL decides should). Due to the existing structure of the rules I propose that we just stick with those and that means either MarxeiL lets everybody from the pending requests to play except for Cr3a (as he left Poosy willingly and therefore does not qualify to transfer), or alternatively I choose to not play for TBE at all for fairness' sake. The final option is that MarxeiL can decide to let none of the debated transfers go through, which I would support as well and it is the safe decision to go through with.MightyPain on suicide watch
