Start with verifying your game cache.

If you have already taken steps yourself, could you elaborate?

I already check my game cache its not working but i fix my first bug.

For the first bug.
Here is couple of solutions I can think of:

1.Start the game as admin
2.Look if file: C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Mount&Blade Warband\profiles.dat exists, otherwise create it.
If you have the folder delete it (You need to know that when you delete it the characters are gonna delete to.) But after this when you create knew characters everything is ok.

I take it the second bug is still going?

What setting are you trying to fix in there? There may be some workaround lying about.

You can also change the settings in the In-Game menu. I am aware it is not a fix, rather a crude workaround, but the effect is the same. Try it in the in-game menu.
