I've been using the BlueFangSolutions.com servers for a long time now.
Back when I was running the Top Secret Linebattles with Jorge we had roughly 400 people on two servers every Tuesday and Friday night for the final 3 months of our 7 month run. There were other large events going on at the same time also hosted by BlueFang. I currently use BlueFang for my own Friday Events now, on the Thundersnow_Events server.
I've used about 5-6 servers from different companies/people for running giant events over the past year, and with BlueFang I have no complaints. Everything was always smooth, no major hicups, no 'event killing crashes'.
They have their own engineers so they have tweaks and modifications, and it's set up so if the server DOES crash, it automatically reboots. If you've ever run an event before you know what a huge deal this is. Many an Event has been ruined because the Event host wasn't around to reboot the server, or his physical computer actually died so its a 30 minute wait.
They are friendly and easy going. They are committed and all around good guys. They are always in their Teamspeak anytime I've dropped in.

We just wanted to update everyone in regards to the TeamSpeak issues that occurred on Friday afternoon. As it happened Friday in the afternoon, and TeamSpeak is a German company, they were already closed. This, of course, forced us to have to wait until Monday to hear anything back from TeamSpeak support. We got in contact with them on Monday and the issue was resolved earlier this morning. Everything is back to normal.
As you can see our license began in November. I was amongst the first of BlueFang's customers and still am. I even worked for them for a period of time.
Throughout the experience, I've known their entire team and been privy to Some of their "Bedroom" conversations.
Let me tell you, the largest thing BFS cares about is bringing the best possible service. They're always ready to help a customer on a custom package or a server problem. They've designed their entire website and management applications to suit their, and more importantly, your needs. They are probably not the cheapest provider out there, but they're still well priced in this competitive market, and I don't mind paying a little bit more when I can get in contact with my provider in a moment through steam or teamspeak, in the rare event there even is a problem. They care about your time and your money being well spent.

We haven't received any reports of latency issues for most Warband services in a while. If you could PM me with your username you have with us I can look up your tickets in the system if you submitted any regarding latency problems.

Any provider will tell you that a 200 man event can be stressful for any hardware as Warband is not multi-threaded. Once the server goes over 120 players, everyone's FPS will go from 120 frames to 60 frames and latency/ping will increase 20-30ms no matter where you are located. This is how the Warband engine uses cores on a dedicated machine and its unfortunately not under our control. This is the main reason we are very strict not to overload machines and is why we cushion and load balance by at least 20% to allow processes to use 100% of the core it is utilizing.
If any of you attended NEC events up until a couple months ago, when the NEC was disbanded, you will know how well BFS servers perform with 400-600 players on them at any given time. We sponsored the NEC since the launch of Napoleonic Wars back in April 2012 and hosted every single event with only a few minor/major hiccups along the way.
One of our more recent large event customer is the Seven Nation Army (7NA) who host both NW and N&S events. They hosted one last night (or the night before) with 170 players in the server and it was reported to have run flawlessly and everyone enjoyed themselves. :)
If any of our customers have issues with latency we can immediately move you to a new machine or new datacenter altogether free of charge at any point a ticket is submitted. If issues persist we will grant next-invoice discounts and/or account credit as compensation.

Hey George,
As the game is long from being released we currently have no information on how the servers perform and therefore I cannot give you an accurate price range at the moment. We will test BCoF servers as soon as FSE allows us to by either early access or after purchasing the game. Even if we test early alpha or beta servers the performance and stability will change as the game gets closer to release so even then we couldn't offer a static price range. So stay tuned :)

I've been running 150-200 man events every Friday on a Blue Fang Server for the last year with NO complaints of lag.
And most of them are recorded on my Youtube channel, so you can verify that people aren't spamming "LAG" all over the place if that were the case (And it would be). Just type in "00th" in the youtube search and you'll find my channel if you want to verify.
