Added "Best Canadians" in ranked order, which is the first official ranking i've done on these lists. I felt it was a lot easier to rank the Canadian players and there shouldn't be too much outrage on it. Plus Canadians are supposed to be nice and agreeable so there shouldn't be any issues.

I very much like Jolly, but I have to ask what has he done melee wise to warrant an Honorable Mention?

Jorge, on the other hand, should 100% be in the honorable mentions. He could potentially hold a top 10 position imo.
