So apparently Liquid will get more cash if this trade goes through to get Taco & Zews and from them. MIBR is burning through money like crazy on these buyouts just so they can be subpar and probably not be top 3. However, I have faith that Liquid could get either Tarik or Stewie, and I personally think either of them would be great, especially since they both AWP and Taco was the secondary AWPer.

Problem with Tarik is he is in a slump right now and he's a terrible Awper. At least Stewie has proven himself with one to an extent.

Problem you have here is you are replacing a pretty decent support player with a fragger who may not frag when you look at both Tarik & Stewie's recent LAN performances compared to the Cloud9 days. Honestly I think you replace TACO with a good support or a stand in for now, then get rid of ELIGE for Stewie and get much better results. Somebody has to take the brunt and throw the flashes. Nobody on current liquid will as they are all frag no brain which is why they will never beat Astralis in a final.
