WARBAND Napoleonic wars KEEPS CRASHING

I have a issue with this game. Everytime I start it up it closes itself. First I see a black screen and my mouse. Then it pops up as a error and askes to close the game or check online for issue help. >:(

If anyone could be a good sport and help me I will be thankfull Please. Newplayer just joined the community.
