Extremely high ping in some servers

Nedim:
1. I use Windows 10 and Directx12.
2. I removed Warband and reinstalled it as you described but it didn't work.
3. It doesn't let me go back to a previous Windows version because "it's less than 10 days since update" it says unfortunately.
    I deleted those latest Windows updates but it didn't work.

I contacted ISP btw and they said everything was normal.
If i connect with VPN, ping goes back to normal for some reason.

It takes me more than 1 hour to download maps and it kicks me from the server very often saying "connection lost".These are two other things
i'm dealing with with high ping and lag.
