My thinking while making the Tier list

I made the Tier list mostly on a me vs them as the more important factor. Basically the higher the odds of them kicking my ass in a ft7 higher there Tier
I also based it off of a past results in the duel tournaments
Players also may of gotten fucked by melee updates since I've last played them
Tier 1 - Will fuck me up in a ft7
Tier 2 - Will most likely win against me in a ft7
Tier 3 - I think I'll win the ft7
Tier 4 - I'll fuck them up
