It is a good idea, problem is that it would take to much time and money.

I cant imagine making a simple application for forum browsing will take much time, nor money. Altough, if your internet is slow, how will a app make the forums easier to read when compared to a browser?

It's for people on the go mainly, and it will be easier to navigate the forum instead of trying to touch the small buttons on the web page when using a IPad and the application will have a better user interface

I just made a bookmark of FSE forums on my Android Desktop.

Problem solved.

I like the idea, when I go to bed I usually go on my i-pod 1, and it's a pain but I bite the grass, and get on with it.

This. The FSE forums run on vbulletin, and there is an app to view any forums running on that service.

FSE does not run on VBulletin, but on Simple Machines. I have a couple solutions in progress to try and make it work.

First thing I am doing is registering our site with Tapatalk, which is a very nice looking android app which works well with most android phones and tablets. However, the app is not free and we would prefer something to level the playing field.

I've also installed a mobile theme, however it appears to lack some functionality so I would hesitate to use it.

If anyone knows of other free alternatives let me know.

This just in! A 21 year old by the name of Brian O'Malley was killed in a fatal head on collision. It's said that the crash was caused by Brian O'Malley, who was on his phone browsing through the Flying Squirrel Entertainment Forum website.

Right, I got it mixed up.

When I access this forum on my phone I sometimes get a notification that an app is available to view it with. I'll see what it says next time because I never really payed any attention to it.
