I would suggest that you stall the release until after the weekend. If you are going to release this, release it after the main lbs have finished, it causes too much trouble for leaders. Say if you release this tomorrow at 3pm people will be be out ect and by the time they realise the patch is out its 10 mins to the lb. Anyway if you release it say, 2-3 hours before the lb, people are in NW lbs at the time and cant download it.
