Reason for this is we were hoping for 3 more regiments to sign up, one actively added me on steam directly and told me they wanted to play, but never posted a sign up and are now ghosting me lol. Another regiment after telling me they would have an answer if they were going to play, then ghosted me. Then the 3rd regiment [RG] let me know that they aren't confident in their schedule so weren't sure if they wanted to commit to RGL and unfortunately they decided not to. All respect to them for at least coming back to me and keeping me in the loop!
League 2 is standard round robin. League 1 is currently setup for RR but each regiment plays twice (not back to back of course). I will leave it up to the L1 regiments if they would like to keep it this way, or if you guys would like to change it up and do a double elim bracket with a Bo1 or Bo3 final then thats sounds cool to me. Entirely up to you guys.
It didn't make sense to put 1 or 2 regiments into L1 against 15th etc. as the skill gap is so large and there wasn't enough in League 1 to have a consolidation bracket like I mentioned last week. Meaning it would literally just cuck whoever we stick in there
