They're possible of you know the developers. I know of 2 companies that provide them, but if you put 250 actually on it at once... I don't think it'd be pretty.

the 77y did 250 slot servers for a while for their events. Theirs a reason its not their anymore.

 200 slots servers are already enough the game is even not designed for 200 so bigger ones are useless.

Even with one of the most powerful processors in existence, our servers are at 80% to a core with 200.

We used to cram 250 ppl into the old Mount and Musket servers. 

Sometimes the lag was like a strong wind blowing you back one step for every three you took.
