Still dont understand why people dont play for the country the were born in. Like many of the US national team players, Guerreiro, Diego Costa and many others

Was probably easier to get playing time in Portugal, or he made a deal with them or something similar.

If i was a pro, and could be called up to Sweden or the US i would probably pick the team where i have the most chance of playing, the one who has a good coach i am on terms with and the one which suits my playstyle the best.

Mhmm, quite a few Germans on the US National team, mainly because they probably wouldn't even make the German National Team. And if they are good enough, and they have the option of playing on a better team they likely will... Podolski for example, playing for Germany whereas he is from Poland. But I guess it differs case to case.
