City gets De Bruyne. Finally spending lots on a player actually worth how much they pay  ::)

He's not played a single minute yet. You cannot possibly say that. Also Aguero was £38 million... Is he not worth that? Joe Hart was less than £5 million, £24 million for Yaya, £24 million for Silva.

Do you even know what a football is?

Was a joke, referring to how much they spent on Sterling. 24 Million for Silva was a Bargain as well as Aguero and all those others. But recently they've been spending lots on players who don't turn out to be nearly worth how much they pay i.e Mangala, Sterling, Navas, Jovetic, Bony. Generally players in positions City do not need. Also forgot they signed Otamendi, which should be a good signing if last seasons form was any indication.

City lose Jovetic and Dzeko but you don't think they needed Sterling or Bony? Sterling who by the way scored the other day and is England's brightest talent. How was he over-priced?

Because despite being (arguably) England's best talent, he's not worth £49 million. He is young and could develop into something big or he could burn out like Walcott is doing. English Players are way to expensive.. Reinforced in how much Everton values John Stones and Ross Barkley

Yes you pay for the potential. You don't just pay for what you have in front of you. He can turn into something big, that's why you pay big money for him. This isn't a FIFA game.

And there's a quota on English players in the Premier League, you have to have a certain number in your squad, surprisingly there are not an unlimited number of English players. That is why English players are valued higher. They are not "way too expensive" they are the result of massive demand coming into contact with small supply.

Well that's why Man City are undefeated in the Premier League and you are at home complaining.

Yeah sterling is the reason why they are top. They would of made it even without him due to Yaya toure coming back in form.

btw i was sarcastic about the sterling part

And they'd probably win the league without De Bruyne. But the fact that they are spending and backing it up with results cancels out any criticism people have at home. If they bought Sterling and in his first four games he didn't have a goal and an assist and instead had got 3 yellow cards and a red (naming no particular Serb) then fair enough. However that isn't the case.

omg stupid comment alert

mate he is the reason why YAYA is back in form

Navas and Sterling on the wings forces teams to move out wider in order to deal with the threat that comes with their pace and dribbling, it drags them wider. That leaves space in the midfield for players like YAYA and Silva to operate more efficiently.

Last season they couldn't play 4-3-3 because nasri does fuck all as a winger

told that bih don't @ me

Because Nasri dont have pace, im pretty sure any player with pace could do that.
