Looks like Arsenal will be gettin second in the group stage again...
That group H  ahaha

Also poor Malmo.

group b is the group of death

four medium size european clubs all vying to get into the last 16 knowing they will inevitably be beaten by an actual good side

rip malmö and astana
Astana has a much better chance than Malmo tho kek. Also same situation with Group H (excluding gent I suppose)

realistically astana shouldnt be able to beat any of those sides, exempting that they suck the talent out of opposition players during the long trips to kazakstan

also looking forward to making fun of gooners when bayern inevitably beat them twice... again

Hopefully our CB's are back to health soon... It's funny, I was actually wishing Mertesacker was on the pitch during the Liverpool game (in place of chambers that is, Gabriel got his shit together).. And Koscielny is always missed :(

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is an asshole.
Massive job loss will take place, but if left allowed to, the market will adapt. I just don't want my job to be taken away from me, tbh.

Sure. Anyways City just signed De Bruyne for around 78m. He's going to be dope

Liverpool 0-3 West Ham rant
One of the most all around frustrating liverpool games I have ever watched (almost as bad as 1-6 to stoke last season).

Pathetic attack with literally 1 to 2 men in the box trying to break down a defence that was basically playing 8-10 men back. Uninspired crosses, poor passes, wasteful long shots with no prayer, and foolish runs into clumps of defenders galore. Milner was the only player that seemed remotely incisive/threatening for the majority of the game.

Coutinho and Firmino (who at least sent a nice left footed effort off the post) both seem to have resolved "I have to do it all by myself". So now we have a good aerial threat in Benteke but are averaging among the fewest crosses per game in the league. Not that it matters since Milner seems to be the only non-striker that isn't terrified of venturing into the 18 yard box to support him sometimes.

Then a miscue from Skrtel (poor header failed to clear leading to the first goal) who had been a rock so far. And of course vintage Lovren coughing up the ball moronically on the touch line gifting them goal #2 (Gomez gets honorable mention for his shit tier attempt at tackling the goal scorer). Just when it looked like he was finally becoming the back Rodgers promised he could be...

Only time they looked somewhat hopeful was when they finally brought out Ings (which Rodgers should have done at half). Finally gave some connection between the midfielders and Benteke.

Combine all this with atrocious officiating (whats with refs refusing to award penalties to Benteke? Bowled down from behind in the box with no effort to play the ball and still no call. Just like when he was dragged down last week on a corner by a defender not even attempting to jump for it) and we get an anger inducing rating of 8 (where 1 is meh and 10 is throw the controller through the screen of the tv)

Basically the complete opposite of all the progress they seemed to have shown so far.

At least it was a "good" week to lose as man u and chelsea lost too.
