Work faster gerdammit!!!!11!

I'm kidding, take as much time as possible. I think once Iron Europe comes out it'll be the NW mod that doesn't die out.

Depends when it gets released and how it's going to be advertised.
If people and regiments are just going to treat it like a "extra" think outside the NW events, then yes it will die out quicker.
But if regiments start to replace NW, N&S etc with Iron Europe, then we will see a longer life spand for the mod. It all comes down to how the IE team decides to advertise it and if they get big permanent regiments to support them and back them up (77y, 33rd, 15th etc).

Well they have Diplex advertising it a bit.

Plus I remember from my stint in the 91st a ton of people there are gonna play it.

Also I heard from a friend in the 77y that people there are excited for it also. Hell this mod has almost as much hipe around it as L'Aigle

The regiment I have won't be active until the Eastern Front cavalry update.

Spahis were basically Arabs and Berbers on horses, with guns. They also had very sharp swords.

Think Napoleon's Mamelukes but with guns and a helluva lot more deadly.

Oh, my... The Spahi's. I read this really cool story where 100 Spahi cavalrymen, one squadron in strength, charged a Russian artillery emplacement, and took it.

Diplex, you going to update this at all? If you haven't the time, I'd be more than happy to take it over for you.  ;) As well as manage the regiment list officially upon release.

I think Diplex is quite busy lately(last update to the thread was in february). Gonna talk to him tomorrow about this.

The only NW clan I'm familiar with is the 1stEPI. So you guys have to go preach IE to all the other big regiments. Otherwise, this could easily end up as the dozens of other big MP mods, both NW and Warband, that died within a month of release.

Rig, I think I speak for everyone who plays NW when I say this mod is probably the most well known NW mod ever. Even more than NaS.

Did you talk to Diplex? I'd love to take on the responsibility of running the regiment lists for Iron Europe. I'm also very neat, organized, and particular when it comes to sorting things. Plus, I'm on like, all the time... ;)
