Ban request for NA_1

I've been slacking lately. This request is for Peter_POo. His offense is repeated premeditated teamkilling and teamwounding. The offenses are occuring as I type this at 05:30 EDT and have been going for some time. Here are some screenshots:

I joined during the map in the second set of pictures, and while I didn't get a screenshot, I did see a tk in the logs, and Peter asked why Koopa had so many friends online tonight. Sadly, he left before I saw him do anything else, but I believe he was going out of his way to cause trouble, and 2-3 players said it was a shame I hadn't arrived some 20 minutes prior.
