Played a couple of mods back in the day when I heard a couple of muskets mods came out. And boom later I played mount and musket when it came out with the 1er haven’t stopped since. A lot of hours put down into the game but I have met lovely people on this game and I have zero regrets about it

Was into napoleonic era stuff at the time did a serch for napoleonic games...found out this game after playing Napoleon Total war then became the greatest NW player of all time.

That guy was my favorite YouTuber for a whole year. Guy literally got me into PC gaming with Total War. I was so fascinated with those games. Huge battles you could control? Like holy shit that’s amazing. I tried to buy a hard copy of Napoleon Total War and play it on some shitty Dell laptop. It ran lowest settings at like 10fps. I could also credit him with being the reason I played NW. He’s the reason I started playing PC games.

Prince of macedon and heirofcarthage were pretty big in the total war community especially in the early YouTube days of the game on the platform. The first 3 total war that I bought was Napoleon, medieval 2 and Rome. None of the total wars can come close to them in terms of pure enjoyment in the long run

The first ever Mount and Blade: Warband video I watched was from BedBananas, or the Asdfs


I would then come across a Malakith video, and the rest is history.

I don't know if it was that video, but honestly watching the series of siege events, and massive 77y linebattles was the biggest draw for me.

I did enjoy the sight of Mount and Musket, but I never really got to play it all to much.
