Regimental Update

The last couple months haven't been easy on us. With some ups and downs, the rankers' moral was at its lowest at some point. But with the help of some of our most dedicated members, we were able to come back stronger. Alongside the EIC, we kept training our leadership skills but also cohesion in both linebattles and groupfights. With our Academy team thriving and still training on a weekly basis, some of our returning players are now solid additions to even smaller groupfighting formats. A new era for the 13e begins, with the updated graphics of both our European and French threads, but also a soon-to-be rearrangement of our État-Major. Regarding the EIC, what started as our first real challenge as a regiment, and without giving much thoughts about our objectives in the tournament, ended up in reaching a top 4 spot, which was unthinkable for us when we signed-up. We would like to thank the 31e for sharing this journey with us, it wouldn't have been possible without them.

What's next ?

While being fully aware that we were not going to win the EIC, it was quite the surprising and eye-opening experience. We didn't think we'd get this much support from our members, nor did we even imagine going this far in the competition. We realised that, while keeping a semi-tryhard approach, the 13e is capable of challenging the strongest regiments out there. With that in mind, we are well aware that the summer is knocking on our door and that people will spend less time at home, but we will keep on doing some events and are going to redouble our efforts in order to prepare for the next regimental tournaments. As the sign-ups for the 11th Regimental Groupfighting Tournament just opened, we will mostly be organising groupfights from now on, looking to perfect our cohesion and communication.
The regiment has grown a lot since its creation, and so have its members. We're proud of what we have accomplished until now, proud of our members and we thank them for their trust. We hope to be worthy of it and, with the knowledge we gained during our journey so far, we continue to move forward, as we set new objectives and challenges for ourselves.
