I saw one of your team on the Melee_Groupfighting server today who was braking the rules, and when the admin told him to stop doing it he said that he would ban that admin from his team speak. I asked the Arctic server staff member after the game is he was cheating and he said he was and that he did not give a shit. If you want the evidence please PM.

This happened about 10 minutes ago and I witnessed the whole thing. I can confirm he threatened to ban the admin who asked him to stop breaking the rules. I think the actions of this team member damages the image of Arctic Servers, he seemed to think that because he was part of the group that rented out this server that he was immune to the rules imposed on it. Totally unprofessional.

Which member in our list of staff was this? (Despite there only being one other, myself and Tyler.) I'm almost positive that none of the other staff play on Mount & Blade for recreational purposes but only if there is a problem with a specific server which requires them to be in-game.

Situation is being sorted, please LOOK at the staff list and check the steam / in-game name and compare it to the people who are claiming to be staff within Arctic Servers. There is only two of us, and thats how its always been, please contact myself to confirm the legitimacy of a staff mamber.

In a game like NW it is very easy to impersonate someone else or to claim that you are part of a regiment/group, since all you have to do is change your name, which takes seconds.
The person in question, Luke was just pretending to be a member of Arctic Servers, he is not related to them in any form
I have been having a look over Luke's profile, it seems like he has some bans on record for other games using VAC and that he is in the 33rd so maybe the best course of action would be to talk to an officer. Grouping this person and Arctic Servers together is not fair, he is blackening there name for no reason, I recommend a ban for Luke of all the servers that Felix hosts.

Me and rozza rented your teamspeak for some time, It was generally reliable but constant DDOS attacks did annoy us. Felix is a fair and nice guy to work with and I would overall recommend him however I would also say there is cheaper

DDOS attacks cannot be blamed on Felix or Arctic Servers, external source. The frequent DDOS attacks have stopped of late, so shouldn't really be a problem.

Update #1:

The newest patch is now available for all Napoleonic Wars servers! Instructions below on how to install the patch on your server;


How-To Install:

1. Login to the server control panel (panel.arcticservers.co.uk)
2. Select your Mount & Blade Napoleonic Wars game server
3. At the bottom hit the 'Game Patches' button and select the newest NW patch
4. Press install, give it 2 minutes and your ready to play!
