We host a variety of game servers and VoIP services such as Teamspeak3, we didn't go into much detail with this post into those services as they're not related to Mount&Blade, but if you add me on steam I'd happily provide you with a service for your needs.
So to answer your question briefly, we do both.

Customers are provided with a control panel which they can use to start / stop the server, upload and replace maps and content on the server and even edit the server name etc and other config files through the panel.

I saw one of your team on the Melee_Groupfighting server today who was braking the rules, and when the admin told him to stop doing it he said that he would ban that admin from his team speak. I asked the Arctic server staff member after the game is he was cheating and he said he was and that he did not give a shit. If you want the evidence please PM.

This happened about 10 minutes ago and I witnessed the whole thing. I can confirm he threatened to ban the admin who asked him to stop breaking the rules. I think the actions of this team member damages the image of Arctic Servers, he seemed to think that because he was part of the group that rented out this server that he was immune to the rules imposed on it. Totally unprofessional.

Update: The person in question was not part of the Arctic Servers team, so this post should not reflect badly on them in any way.
