Well personally I like those lists, the drama happens only because people care about it but are also never happy about it, which is actually a fatality. Rather discuss it and get some arguments going instead of just going like 'omg shit list' imo.
It looks like Marxeil put some times and reasoning behind it + he seems willing to listen to other people's opinions and willing to update his thing because obviously there are still mistakes. But it remains his own opinion, the opinion of a really good and competitive player, involved in the scene but still his opinion only, not something official. Since his list is current and not all time (which is a really good idea btw) I see no problem with it.
Honestly, with the current state of the community, you're at a high risk of getting way more hate than love while making a list, no matter how good or accurate it is. If Marxeil is ready for that, let it be.
