Sounds like an excellent way for server administrators to quickly approach problem areas. Perhaps it could also fly, like the motorcycle from the Soul Music

Card games on motorbikes!
Now that would be a better use for them rather then use for war, we use them to play card games.

This white cube is a 1*1 meter cube I use for scaling.

As for the motorcycle, make it a motorcycle with a side car. This would make it excellent for musket drive-by's!

The question is.... would you have to stop the motorcycle whilst you reload  ???

Apart from the World Machine shown on the third Dev. Blog are you using any other programmes for map/scene editing?
If yes which ones? (Thank you :D )

Well, for terrains I use World Machine, Mudbox, Unity 3D and Teragen.

From what I understand, no. The map editor for this mod requires each user to buy his own license, so unless you buy yourself(some guys in the community will surely) you can't create maps.

I'm not sure if this will necessarily be the case.  Look the Unity Pro vs Unity Free features--when it comes to straight coding or scene creation the two are largely the same.

However, Unity Free doesn't come with LOD -- Level of Detail -- native support, which is rather important when it comes to large and detailed scenes.  Maybe FSE could find a way to script around this.  (Come to think of it, I have no idea how LOD will work with destructible props, but I'm sure Vince and co will figure a good system out.)  Only time will tell :)

The white block is something the devs use to get an idea of the scale because it's 1m x 1m x 1m.

And ofcourse because a mod used one of the most historical important battles as an idea, the new game can't because it isn't original to take the most important battles as a map. How silly of FSE.
