As I understand it the Orange-Nassau Regiment may or may not have carried colours, will they have them in this mod?
Every regiment will share same colours , except the 2nd , that i made an ahistorical one for.
Why don't you just use the historical colours? As far as I am aware it was a standard pattern. Here is an article on it:

And why are you referring to it as the second regiment? The first and second were numbered, the Orange Nassau Regiment did not have a number (I believe it had been the 28th when it was in the service of the Dutch). If you mean the second Nassau Regiment then they carried the 1806 pattern.
Also, did you say you were setting this for the Peninsular? The Lieb Battalion von Todenwarth initially had helmets in the Peninsular:
Whilst the second and fourth Battalions had shakos:
The third Battalion being a Light infantry battalion:
They were merged into regiments in c.1809. (1st, 2nd and 3rd I think, plus various militia battalions) I assume this is roughly when you are setting the mod? As far as I am aware the Orange-Nassau Regiment was not part of the Nassau army till the Hundred Days and as mentioned was the 28th regiment on the Dutch establishment before Waterloo. Of course, it could be that the Orange-Nassau Regiment was still carrying their old Dutch colours but this is only a theory.
