Not totally sure if you guys are still taking ban requests but here it is.

The player SwedishFish around 0700 GMT that was blocking the path of friendly attacking AI with fortifications, holding his AI in the back to idle, and wasting build points in general.

SwedishFish openly announced that he was going to sabotage the bot team each round.

Another player prompted SwedishFish to attack since he had been idling and he refused.

The bot team had less than five people on it at the time.

I was on the server at the same time and can confirm what Aiello is saying.       This guy was really annoying and i would appreciate if you did ban him.

Thank you for the report, with screenshots, on player SwedishFish, he will be log banned and his ID collected.

I have been through the logs and read further evidence against SwedishFish so i can confirm he is banned for his actions. I am aware from the logs he was motivated to do this due to there being far too many bot commanders but this does not justify what he did.

First of all, while I was on, there was no admin to control anything. Because of that, there were 15 people on the bot team. Anyways I understand. I found out many people were banned from your server for doing absolutely nothing  because you have terrible admins which is probably why your server doesn't fill up like it used. I found someone else ways. Goodbye.

What exactly do you class as an extenuating circumstance? I have seen what I consider to be such on this thread however that is clearly not the case.
