In our linebattle today a guy with this ID was on the Server and trolled and make that the 5pp rage quit. We didn't ban him before,  because the guy who host our server wasn't online today. We can't ban him manuell because he teamkilled someone and leave the Server and change the name to the name of a other 2Lhr member.

The thing is I don't want to release it publically because I am sure it would be abused.
It'll become a witch hunt, everybody will know everything on anybody, to avoid that, I restrict it to some people, no more.

This would be quite a useful tool in the war against the griefers indeed. The Official Server crew would love you forever for it .

Alrighty, I believe the Official Servers might effectively do good use of this since they're an officially designed team, so trusted, at least I think so.

Surely it just searches the log files and puts the already available data into a more interpretable format, given you already knew his ID it is the same as Ctrl+F, putting in the code and hitting next to see all his names.

Hardly an amazing super weapon for the axis of evil...
