Who are we? GameHost, previously known as the GGA is an event hosting organization that focuses solely on doing just that. Started in 2020, a couple of friends, after playing Mount & Blade: Napoleonic Wars together for around 7 years and participating in loads of events decided that it might be fun to try hosting our own event this time, an event that entirely fits our optimal idea of gameplay. Soon it was decided that the best way to start was to host an event on a Tuesday. After a long journey of trial and error and loads of feedback from our regular attendees, we finally managed to deliver a quality that fits our standard. This later became our first regular event that later grew out into our main attraction, expanding our event roster with a Wednesday linebattle and a Saturday siege, we started to pick up some traction, from there, we have been trying our best to deliver quality events for the communities of Mount & Blade: Napoleonic Wars, Holdfast: Nations at War and recently Battlecry of Freedom. It is exactly for this last one that we are looking to expand our administration team.

Who are we looking for? Just recently, we've been tasked by the FSE team with hosting the official Battlecry of Freedom events. To make up for the maximum number of attendees, which can currently be capped at 600, we decided it is time to grow out our team with some outside expertise. Being what we are, originally a group of friends with a passion for hosting events, we are currently on the lookout for like-minded individuals who are willing to support our cause. No administration skills are required as we have the expertise to teach you. However, having an understanding of the way events in the games mentioned above are played out would be of added value. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who knows how to interpret the rules in such a way that minimum consequences are necessary and has the communicative skills to bring this across. Aside from administrators, we are also looking to expand our team with graphic designers, videomakers and forum monitors / designers. GGA Tuesday Event: FSE Thread

General Rules    If one member of a regiment is in combat, the entire regiment is considered in a state of charge.    When your regiment has 3 or less players left alive, they must join a friendly unit or reinforce the artillery.    Rambo is not allowed; you will be considered a Rambo when you are performing actions away from your unit.    The distance for you to be considered a Rambo is 10 spaces away from your regiment.    If an All Charge (AC) is called, Fire in Charge (FiC) & Reload in Charge (RiC) will be forbidden.    This rule is irrespective of regimental class.    Artillery are allowed to fire that last loaded ammunition    Regiments above the minimum required amount of rankers may field a special troop    I.e. A Line Regiment of 7 may field 1 officer, a Line regiment of 14 may field two special troops.    During an infraction of rules, all jurisdiction befalls on the staff present at the event.    Teamkills will only be revivable if requested by the leader of the regiment whose member got shot.    If you are not attending, we would like to know within a reasonable timescale. (24+ hours in advance)

Line Infantry    Minimum Attendance: 4 rankers.    Maximum Attendance: Undefined.    Maximum Spacing: half-man spacing. (shoulder to shoulder)    Fire in Charge (FiC) is not allowed.    Reload in Charge (RiC) is not allowed.    Officer Aim (OA) is allowed.    Crouching is allowed when behind 'cover' or when 'firing by rank'.         i) ‘Cover’ is defined as being sat behind an obstacle that reaches thorax-high.

Light Infantry    Minimum Attendance: 3 rankers.    Maximum Attendance: 10 rankers. (12 including officers and special troops)    Maximum Spacing: three-man spacing.    Fire in Charge (FiC) is allowed.    Reload in Charge (RiC) is not allowed.    Officer Aim (OA) is allowed.    Crouching is allowed.

Rifle Infantry    Minimum Attendance: 3 rankers.    Maximum Attendance: 10 rankers. (12 including officers and special troops)    Maximum Spacing: five-man spacing.    Fire in Charge (FiC) is allowed.    Reload in Charge (RiC) is not allowed.    Officer Aim (OA) is allowed.    Crouching is allowed.

Artillery Battery    Minimum Attendance: 3 rankers.    Maximum Attendance: 9 rankers. (12 including officers and special troops)    Maximum Spacing: eight-man spacing around the cannon position.    Fire in Charge (FiC) is allowed.    Reload in Charge (RiC) is allowed.    Officer Aim (OA) is allowed.    Crouching is allowed. Special Rules    Rocket Artillery is limited to one piece per team.    Cannon Spawn Points are equal to the number of the opposite players    Artillery Guards is allowed to move out as long as they act like a line.
