If you claim to be from Gibraltar you would know it is not and does not have its own nationality or identity/ethnic culture. It is a small peice of rock attatched to mainland Spain.

I do not understand your logic behind you wanting to represent your "Rock" (name used by the UK gov to describe Gibraltar). Can we have a Manchester team? Essex? the countries of Ireland? yes countries, the irish often call their counties countries. What about North or South Holland? Brittany? Catalan?

At a point last time we did a 8v8 or 10v10 I was sceptical if Sweden could pull it off but we did. So can you guys. The problem in this case is not getting the ppl the problem is that you dont even want to try, because you want those coalitions so badly. Cmon guys you can do it, your nations needs you! Good luck

Will you use some kind of ranking system when you make the groups? Would be quite sad to end up a group with Germany, France and UK

We are working together with Skyfall atm, who has made the Napoleonic Wars European Rating thread. He has ideas how we can solve the problem mathematicly. It is probably better when the whole group phase remains random tho, it's just the fairest thing to do. But don't worry , if it comes to UK, Germany and France being in the same group, we will probably reroll.

Why make it harder than it has to be Rommel. Put all the Top 4 ranked nations in different groups then add the rest of the nations to these 4 groups.
