it's in strings.txt and all the way at the bottom, for you it would be

str_welcome_message_server Hello_{s3}_Welcome_to_56th_"West_Essex"_Regiment_Of_Foot_Server.

Admin Who Banned You (If Known): ionslayer
Reason For Ban: Me and a friend which is alreay unbanned were running around the map without weapons and running around the players trying to dodge and make them TK. But admin did not think  it was funny.  We were banned without warnings nor kick or temp. It was instant perm.

Apology/Statement Against Ban: I won’t do it again, I promise. Horsefighter.
