No, it doesn't. It boils down to a referee making a mistake and the offended regiment not being able to offer a solid argument as to how it cost them the round. It's a regrettable mistake, but so far I've seen no evidence that Pancakesjr would have altered the outcome of the round, so resetting wouldn't have been fair to the 58e.

Morale is a terrible argument, no one forced you guys to go full retard in the following rounds, that's on you guys.

JackieChan (58e), Maccle (75th), Swerp (75th), Chriseh (75th), were all previously not on the rosters of the regiments they played for, however as they hadn't played for any regiments in the tournament beforehand, they were essentially treated as new recruits and not transfers, which allowed all four of them to play. NickCole I think actually did play for the 2eChef's now that I think about it and could've been sat out.

I left 2e after the first match we had vs the 8thRoyal and joined the 75th the following day. I sat out the 2 matches 75th had. Since its a 2 game suspension if you left 1 TNWL reg to join another I was clear to play.

Where does it say that it's a 2 day suspension?

These are the only rules regarding leaving TNWL reg to join another TNWL reg

-Subrules #1. A player from a eliminated regiment can not join a regiment that is still in the tournament.   
          #2. A player who is part of a regiment that is currently in an active group stage or a player who wants to join a regiment in an active group stage(their group is playing this week) can not join any other regiment or apply to do so.
