Off Topic / Mineralstoffe - gesünder Leben in 2021

Hallo zusammen!

Seit dem neuen Jahr habe ich angefangen, mich gesünder und bewusster zu ernähren. Dazu nehme ich seit Januar verschiedene Mineralstoffe und Vitamine in Kapseln zu mir. U.a. Zinkkapseln, die sogar eine entzündungshemmende Wirkung besitzen.

Wusstet ihr das?

Habt ihr auch Erfahrungen mit solchen Kapseln? War früher ja immer skeptisch denen gegenüber, aber bin wirklich mega zufrieden.

in der letzten Zeit habe ich wieder mehr Zeit mit weiteren Online-Spielen verbracht, und bin mal wieder auf SpielAffe gestoßen. In meiner Kindheit habe ich stunden auf dieser Plattform verbracht, weshalb ich sie mal mit euch teilen wollte.

 I don't quite know if that fits the theme here. But I have to ask you a question, because When I play, I need new headphones that are just handy. I use normal cable headphones from Iphone and I find them are completely impractical and I have read this article on german that you can easily translate and consider getting them. Or can you recommend to me that also something is on the page '?
