Edit to the Rules:

Rule 5. and 5a. is applicated for the start of the tournament, so if the teams behave mature enough, to not call banners for a invite brigade to carry them through.
If we see a major group of good players join a regiment, and they sign-up this bunch of good players, we will cast a vote to let the rule apply on the day the thread was posted.

I understand your point, the thing is that we want to have as many regiment ttake part as possible

If a new formed regiment sign-up, stacked with legends, they will get denied, but the tournament will take place in something like one month, so we will take a closer look at every new formed regiment and decide then how to deal with them.

The poll with the date now will be added. We will give something like 3 or 4 suggestions, poll open for 2 days. If there is no 50% majority then it will be a vote between the most voted two dates

Hopefully people will be sensible this time and not mongoloidish. I agree with Skaen but there should be a cut off point so no willy nilly rando stacked reg can just auto sign up. Maybe don't allow any regiments to participate if they have formed / reformed after RMT was announced?
