hi kore i actually think you host good tournaments and i enjoy playing in them, shame i was unable to today cuz of some native stuff. i'm not going to say you're biased or that your decision was from a personal/team vendetta, because accusing you of that is totally baseless, but there is no precedent for making a team start 2-0 down in every subsequent match because one of their players went into an arena during a live round. whether it was an accident or on purpose i agree that a punishment makes sense - it isn't fair to give players a free pass to ruin the experience of other tournament participants just because they're one of the favourites. however, it also isn't fair to penalise them in every match for the rest of the tournament over something relatively minor. 2-0 down in their next match sounds reasonable, but starting 2-0 down in every match is a markedly excessive punishment. hope that explains the frustration in an unbiased way :)

The original issue was the fact MC_WICKED or whatever got a 2 round penalty in EVERY match after the issue. And extazz (again only from what I’ve seen and heard) Did the same thing. During SSJ vs EuroTouch, you purposely went into our arena and stood in the corner, just like on Maxi's screenshot, to try and disturb the match. We told you to get out of the arena, you literally ignored several of our messages and just pretented not being in the arena and therefore not doing anything wrong. It took me messaging you in private admin chat to tell you to stop AND moving your players to specs for you to react which was something along the line of 'Stop crying for nothing'. Real mature Hertz, but then again nothing particularly unexpected coming from you.
If that's the kind of good admining you have in mind (opposed to the bad admining you are mentioning) then no wonders tournaments went to shit as of late. Your behaviors are not necessarily against the rules but they are always purposely borderline, you just love acting dumbs and pissing off people because that's how you get your own fun, period. From certain teams who made themselves notorious for that (such as Infame), I can understand it but from another co-referee on the server, I'm expecting to receive help, not extra work while I'm playing my own match.
Also worth mentioning you literally left the server as soon as all your matches were played, while we were already behind other servers and needed to complete several other matches. Kore had to step-in at your place to minimize the delay so don't talk to me about good admining because you don't have the slightest clue of what it actually represents. And no amount of 'smh dude' you write in your message will ever change that.

Think you’re missing the point. It’s not about who won the match, it’s about a member of your team showing a blatant disregard for the rules. Pretty sure you’re a captain of Poosy so it is technically your job to make sure the people playing under your tag behave during tournaments. I don’t seem to recall any other teams standing on the side of the white line during matches, trying to distract the opposing teams.

I have no particular anger against you and/or other Poosy members, or if anger there is, it just comes down to what I believe to be acceptable behaviors in tournament, which obviously is personal. Yet I would react the same way if Rikkert, Shadey or Axiom had done the same. For the record, you are always fun to play with on TS, but a lot of you are always acting border line in many tournaments and at some point it's just no longer funny. It wasn't always you for instance and it certainly doesn't happen every time but when it's often the same group of people, it's easy to jump down to generalities. As Tigere said, it's just not complicated to not enter an arena you are not playing in. Not on the wall, not inside, not in the corner of the white line, just leave people play in peace. Once you teleported each other on the map walls and stood there, you didn't disturb anybody and it was perfectly fine. But it took us unnecessary delaying and lose of focus in order to achieve that and we were the one playing that match Hertz, not you.
As I told Dren, I totally get that we don't play the tournaments for the same reasons. Especially for a 3v3, some people are going to adapt a chiller mindset and that's obviously completely fine. But some of us still want to try and fight without any disturbances and that's really all we ask. I'm pretty sure you guys can have fun on TS being with each other, playing a bit stupid in your own match, etc .. to have fun without being at risk of disturbing other matches you don't have any part in.
That's the extend of it, really. As for the rest, if you acknowledged some part of your attitude were wrong last night, I don't wish to commentate further on it. And for what it's worth, without necessarily having the full picture of what happened, I do agree the punishments for Ivan, Python and Domi on the other server was unnecessarily harsh and it's a shame especially considering they were the heavy tournament favorites. But if they had behaved perfectly and did absolutely nothing wrong, simply playing their matches, we wouldn't even all be having this discussion.

When I clipped into the arena i realised i shouldnt have done that, sat down and got teleported out. It isnt correct, But Ivan was also an admin so his behaviour and as the rest of your team should be as everyone else. But as you say: padawan isnt a real member. But the others as hertz maxifighter yourself and ivan are. So please for in the future.
