Also the difference fwuffy, is the casters will be LIVE commentaries over the game play to which i will need to have a quick talk to the casters and youtubers once they all become official, and youtubers just record the match without Live commentary

omg fwuff xD  if you are a CASTER you will need to either do it LIVE on TWITCH or LIVE on YOUTUBE.  A youtuber edits the footage, etc. This is just so we can document and show ALL of the match videos, instead of just lobbing youtubers and casters all into one subject if you get me, this is because we are having guest casters and dedicated casters my bad maybe i explained it badly

If you want to record and add in commentary after which is not live, this is perfectly fine, but you need to apply as a Youtuber

I only thought it was in regards to server slots, didn't know that casters will get a briefing. In that case I need to start using my amazing Twitch account too and then I will upload it to YouTube after, no problem.

Why should you be Captain?: I have played in team GB 4 times, 2 of these times we won it, once we came 3rd and once we came 2nd. Two of these were under my captaincy and I actively speak and play with both new and old GB players so I believe I could create a good, balanced team. I have also captained many other winning teams from the Disciples to TFFO so I'm fairly sure I have what it takes to take the reigns of GB. Also quite a few GB players have asked me to go for captain even though I didn't really plan to so here we go again.

UKR and RUS have enough players to make a team each, it is unlikely we will allow a merge of these two.

I will clear this up soon.  BAsically this is how ALLLLL merges will work.  Merges will ONLY be considered once sign ups are closed, this is so people dint refuse to signup just to get a merge. All sign up for own nations, if there are not enough players, a merge may occur. This is how it will work, unless we find a better idea
