maybe Irish servers would be a good compromise when it comes to NA vs CIS/ TUR etc ? like I get like 80-107 ping on irish servers (specifically the CoC one) and if I remember correctly NAs get like 20 ping less on that server than on french serversthis guy brain 8) :)
