I think doing EU v NA event's isn't a bad idea but I'd prefer to maybe do an EU v NA regimental league 10-20 v 10-20 or something 5 rounds NA 5 rounds EU.

Could of course be groupfighting as well, but doing these one off events isn't proving anything and is barely worth all the effort it takes to organise for both the organiser(s) and the team captain(s).

I actually like this idea.  Matches would have to pretty much be played exclusively on weekends though since that's the only time NA's really get on before like 5pm EST.
Aside from that we'd have to come up with a rule set both sides agree to, and I think combat speed should be on "Fast" on both as a compromise between medium and fastest.
