I think it's fixed now. Every icon seems to work and the Ukraine flag is gone.

Might be nice to include a little note of what you did so other people with the same problem in future can fix it.

Was it just resetting the cache that did it?

It was on a late night. I turned off my Computer. Then I woke up next morning turned my PC on and everything was fixed again. Though Chrome still sais it's an older version. When I try to update it it sais it gots an Error.
