Can't level up?

Some reason, can't level up past First Lieutenant.

I have 16 days, 3 hours and 41 minutes (as of 28/18/2015).

You need 400 hours for Captain.

16x24 is 384 + 4 + 388. In 12 more hours you should get it, unless I did my math wrong. I probably did the math wrong.
