Contexte Historique :Le clan Oda est l'un des plus puissants clans de daimyo de l'époque Sengoku (xve siècle) de l'histoire du Japon. Oda Nobunaga est le plus grand représentant de ce clan, à l'origine de l'unification du Japon. À l'origine, le clan Oda tire ses racines de la province d'Echizen sous le commandement du clan Shiba puis déplacé dans la province d'Owari. La branche d'Oda Nobunaga éclipse les autres clans, unifie la province d'Owari et décime les clans Takeda, Azaï (dirigé par son beau-frère) ainsi que le clan Asakura. Cependant l'idéal du clan Oda d'unifier le Japon est contrecarré par l'un de ses généraux Akechi en 1582. Le clan Oda perdure quelques années durant mais est vite éclipsé par le clan Hashiba, l'un des plus grands généraux de Nobunaga et principal acteur de la réunification du Japon aussi appelé Hideyoshi Toyotomi.
Historical context : The Oda clan is one of the most powerful clans of daimyo of the Sengoku period ( fifteenth century ) of Japanese history . Oda Nobunaga is the largest representative of the clan, behind the unification of Japan . Originally, the Oda clan has its roots in the province of Echizen under the command of Shiba clan then moved in Owari Province . The branch of Oda Nobunaga eclipsed the other clans , unifies Owari Province and decimated the Takeda clan , Azai (directed by his brother ) and the Asakura clan . But the ideal of the Oda clan to unify Japan is countered by one of his generals Akechi in 1582. The Oda clan endures a few years but was quickly overshadowed by the Hashiba clan , one of the greatest generals of Nobunaga and lead actor of the reunification of Japan also called Toyotomi Hideyoshi.
