For the 1y;Your request was a little un-specific, so I came up with a set of icons, for Rankers, NCOs and Officer. Could you change the gold one to look like the silver one but a different sort of colour? like a green colour

At the top in Permissions go into Server Groups then click on any Server Group and then in the top right there's a small box with a drop down arrow with Icon next to it, just click the box and then click Upload and get the icon from where you saved it and there you go.

Do you know how to make the rank Oberst for example above other ranks? So if I have the Oberst rank and a Gefreiter joins, I am actually above him in the list? Would make it easier for new people to know that example a Gefreiter is a higher rank then a Fusilier.
