Yes, but the average loan is higher right? I only earn 1800 euros per month with taxes subtracted. And Belgium is pretty expensive as well.
right now i‘m only working 35% and get 2‘800 CHF a month.
But Healthcare is quite expensive in switzerland and it isn‘t going to become cheaper right now
how much is monthly outgoings though as £2800 CHF is a good salary
Around 400.- for health care, 1‘500.- for an appartment.
And yeah teacher is a quite good paid job in switzerland
then you have your food and your electric and your other bills plus your car...

2500 a months just to live?

yeah  8) average wage is 4700 a month here though

That's also a strong monster. :D only 1000 W for a 4090 and 13900K though?

Ye max power draw for both would only be around 900w (under heavy load 600w GPU), people sometimes have 1200w for contingency. My 4090 isn't OC either so wouldn't hit 500-600w you'd find on an OC one. I've also force capped it to 450W because the extra 100-200w for OC gives around 2-3fps more for a decently larger energy bill. It's what people are doing anyways, because 200w for 2-3 more FPS is ridiculous.

Playing Warzone at 140fps 4k is a dream. I was also playing some Bannerlord siege and hitting the 240fps frame cap I set with no stuttering, absolutely wild stuff

Crazy people !! I will continue to enjoy my potato.

Tbf I enjoyed my old PC and wasn't planning on upgrading, it wasn't until I couldn't actually run warzone to play with irl mates where I was like "hmm I think I should do something about this" oh and Bannerlord PE at 45fps lowest settings was annoying

Yeah the only thing that bothers me in Bannerlord is that the campaign map gives me a lot of stutters. But idk what is causing that.

I'll test that when I'm back home on the weekend (sunday) to see if I have the same issues

I also done a passmark test, and the result of my CPU was somehow faster than the i9-13900KS average which was a pleasant surprise, 4090 was the same as average as other 4090s, SSD was above average on the same SSD. RAM was a slight let down though, maybe because it's CL36, whilst newer DDR5 ram is CL32

1080ti, R7 2700x, 16gb 3200mhz RAM, 512gb SSD, didn't have an AIO though, was just using a fan cooler. I think this PC should have ran games better, but I've had it for 5 years so its deteriorated tbh and I was running games at 1440p and didn't at all want to turn back to 1080p

some huge beefy machines. Mine was similar spec when I got it brand new like 5 years ago. it still runs high graphics on next gen games at 60fps but I do not use it anymore!  maybe when I move into my new home I will find a computer desk I can sit at and start getting back into it!

@Kincaid maybe a new recruit coming your way soon?
