I wish I lived in Switzerland. Is it true that you dont have to pay a lot of taxes?

i‘m a student so, yeah i don‘t pay any taxes   :P

But yeah the more you own the less taxes you have to pay usually, relative to the income ofc

I'd love to pay less taxes
Maybe we do pay less taxes, but we have to pay more for everything. Everything is quite expensive.

Where isn't expensive at the moment ewwwiee

I'd suggest 1800 euros is about the average here in the UK for monthly income after tax. i'm very fortunate with my income and what I do for work so as it stands, i'm not affected by the insane costs and inflation. Although, that will all very change soon as the industry in which I work is is currently being significantly hit with less and less business and transactions taking place. therefore, less commission for me in my pocket!

But Healthcare is quite expensive in switzerland and it isn‘t going to become cheaper right now

And yeah teacher is a quite good paid job in switzerland

then you have your food and your electric and your other bills plus your car...

2500 a months just to live?
