Closing out 2022 The 33rd is as ever, openly Recruiting! We host three unique events alongside numerous others specifically scheduled each week to attend, with no commitment beyond attending one event a week to stay on our active Roster. We maintain four companies - Line infantry and Light infantry companies alongside attached Cavalry and Horse Artillery Troops, with 92 active members on the strength as of January 2023. The Regiment has been steadily ticking along since our last update with only a few significant changes, one of which being the re-structure of Centre companies staff. Lieutenant Stypa joined the regiment in 2017 as part of our No3 company, quickly rising to 2nd in command after Blaze's departure. Following the companies disbandment in 2019 he transferred to No2 company and has performed his duties exceptionally, rising to greater responsibility in 2021 - it is therefore long overdue that he occupy the vacant post of Captain. Serjeant Henry joined in early 2019, gradually progressing through the NCO ranks as a diligent administrator for our events and company. As a quiet individual he is often overlooked so we are delighted to reward his hard work behind the scenes with a commission, as Ensign. Both Ariva and TheHunter have been fulfilling the duties of Corporals for over a year, being contacts for the competitive sphere of the regiment and models of example to our enlisted members, having proven themselves as able NCO's at our 10 year anniversary we can now award their well earned positions as Corporals. The Artillery troop also saw some promotion, having gone from strength to strength since their formation 6 months ago; this in no small measure thanks to TheBaker and Camellia, growing the company from unsteady beginnings and through much hard work, providing us with the solid troop that exists today. For the first time in the 33rd's lifetime we can rely on a swift 2 gun-team on our Sunday event to send enemy lines running for the nearest cover! TheBaker and Camellia have been deservedly promoted to Staff Serjeant and Corporal respectively.       Our events have also undergone some minor changes, with our Wednesday event now taking on a new lease of life, cycling its game mode each week. It was with a heavy heart that we said goodbye to our co-hosted server from the 92nd, suffice to say that it was a pleasure for almost two years and we thank those members of the 92nd which made it possible. Hosting will continue as normal for our server but we will only review a single servers attendance. We have also cut down our hosting dramatically since the start of the year, attending more  events hosted by other regiments than we have in years. Keep an eye on our schedule going in to 2023 as we see what the NW mod for Bannerlord brings to the table! Alongside this eagerly awaited mod we are looking forward to rebooting our B team (TheInvalids) and rejuvenating our competitive team, see below for our stats from 2022. We've had a few stand-out moments this year in the 33rd; from the formation of our artillery to our success in the Napoleonic Wars Battle Championship, without a doubt however the most significant was our 10 year anniversary! Seeing so many old faces and hosting just short of 700 players for the occasion was incredible and we can't wait to bring something exciting for 11 years in 2023. Event Schedule

Wednesday Event 19:00GMT 120-160 players Rotating gamemodes which are voted upon by participants each week. Modes choices include Siege, Conquest, Conquest Assault and various versions of LineBattles. Special class inclusion subject to game mode of the week.

Wednesday Historical Event 19:00GMT 120-160 players Replaces our Wednesday Conquest event twice a month, on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month. A mix of Gameplay and Roleplay orientated rounds, to play out various historical scenarios in depth. Ranged damage reduction (70%) to reduce shooting casualties (double rank)

Sunday Line Battle Event 19:00GMT 160-200 players Weekly Event, utilising flag-spawning scripts to keep all players in the action. No FiC or RiC.

Very nice end of year round up from the 33rd!

That 10 year anniversary was awesome, didn't know you almost had 100 old players attend, just goes to show the reach the 33rd had over NW for so long, hopefully those numbers will be replicated in the new banner lord project
