The thing with Russian people is that they all have a different ping when they come on west European servers. It's a disadvantage for you but it's also difficult to see who is better than who (because some play with 60 ping and others with 90).

I'd have put Flashkodr as he showed me he was really good with 30 ping.
Also I'll maybe be really wrong and I'm not sure of what im saying, but wasn't Grey Warden Russian?

Belarus so could be classed under either team but I don't think he was better as a bayonet player than any of the other guys mentioned (Dixon, Flash, Shaker). F4lcon I can't remember how good he was and Bacha I don't remember at all.

What about Bence for Hungary? Idk how good he was in comparison etc just wanted to throw that name in

I don't remember any 'Bence'. The ones on certain countries like that are pretty much just players I remember standing out compared to others in a pile of complete noobs.
