After discussing it among ourselves, Shadey and I feel you all possess enough experience to be granted the position of
Senior Referee. We can't stress enough that this position means you are expected to make time in your schedule for other RGL matches than your owns. We obviously will never ask you to prioritize a referee position over your own regiment but if you applied only to get access to the admin chat and don't plan on doing any work, you can expect to be removed from your position very quickly. You will soon be added to a private steam group from where further information will be given to you and the other referees. Thanks a lot for planning on dedicating some of your free time for this competition, if everything works according to plan your presence will be essential in its success.

We know you are fully capable of conducting your task seriously and with dedication but due to a lack of experience, we feel you are currently best suited for the position of
Junior Referee. Ideally, we would prefer for you to assist a more experienced referee in a couple of matches before we entrust you with the responsibility of an official match alone. With that being said, your interest means a lot to us and we sincerely hope that by the end of the RGL, you will have contributed just as much as many of the senior referees. You will, therefore, be added to the same group as the other referees so that you can become a full part of their team.

We thank you for your application however due to certain behaviour in past events, we do not believe we can entrust with a position of referee just yet. I know, for having talked with you personally about it, that you have tried hard to work on that and I also know that you will be disappointed to not be accepted as you were really looking forward to help the tournament. I am fully available if you want to discuss it in private further and if you still wish to help the tournament in other aspects, I will be happy to get you involved in other ways.
